We offer the best warranty in the industry and a company devoted to answering questions and solving problems fast. We call it turn around time.
For practical reasons we decided to stay away from providing stoves and refrigerators. You are better served with local vendors. We also regret not being able to supply solar power systems. US Customs does not want affordable solar power imports. We have to respect that.
Experience
Castleblock has been operating in Hawaii for over thirty years on all islands. Castleblock homes are the best built homes in Hawaii. As material specialists, we analyze materials by studying their positive and negative attributes. Next, we focus on the ones with the longest list of positive attributes. Then we look at them from an economic standpoint. Are they cost-competitive? The ones we use are.
We began importing manufactured agricultural buildings from China over ten years ago. After the pandemic, we saw housing costs rising to alarming levels, resulting in about 30-40% of our population simply not able to afford a conventional home anymore. Conventional is there if you can afford it. Castleblock is not a conventional company. We seek to empower people who lost their homes in the Lahaina Fire Disaster by providing affordable homes that can be installed quickly and securely. The first permanent home installed in Lahaina Fire Zone was one of ours. It was a donation to a local Lahaina family. We are aware of the need and respond to it.
Our manufacturer, PTH, is a world leader in modular housing with projects ongoing in over 100 countries. Castleblock is their official distributor. As such, we represent them to you, and we represent you to them. Our joint goal is your satisfaction. We are in daily communication with the factory team of engineers, architects and factory production.
